ENEMY WITHIN...

Beware of no man more than of yourself; we carry our worst enemies within us. It is easy to defeat an enemy outside but difficult to defeat an enemy within.Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.coz he's the best teacher & all  depends on what makes you angry, sad, fearful? How do you make decisions? What’s most important in your life?If you want to win your inner battles, it’s obvious that you have to know your enemy.

One of the biggest causes of inner conflict is that we have too high expectations.
We expect a lot from our spouse, family members, friends, colleagues, boss, etc.But that’s not the way the world works. You don’t control people. You only control yourself. Never have high expectations. Just remember No one cares. Really!!!...Bitter truth.
Lying to yourself and others will not help...
And Never beat yourself up for making mistakes.This is life. It’s unpredictable. It makes no sense. Shit happens. and it's true....shit really happens.
When you try to be perfect, you’re always at war with yourself. You’re never at peace. Nothing is good enough.You will never get to enjoy life for what it is. .

But don't get upset.

Even though it makes no sense; there’s still enough beauty in life.Never question life. Never think about it. It’s a kind of  discussion that will never end. so it’s best to avoid this war.
So believe in yourself. Work regular, practice more & see outcomes.

No work no skills. Hence, no belief.So go and work. 

The battles you fight with yourself are very real.To win these battles fight with right strategies. Keep calm, lost in yourself.

“Death is nothing, but to live defeated is to die every day.”

So be positive and carry good thoughts.
And don't judge ....:)
