Patience.

Have patience or be patient!
Patience is nothing but the your inner strength which controls you and make you simply quiet and peaceful.
If you can not be able to control that strength then it will make you impatience causing anxiety, feeling stressed and going to depression..... Which means you are en route to become a 'patient'. So be aware.

Keeping patience doesn't means that to wait for something which will comfortably comes to you. You have to work for your goal and then only you will achieve that.

Remembering Sir Abdul Kalam's quote....(In hindi) "Intejar karnewalo ko utna hi milta hai jitna koshish karnewale Chod dete hai." means The waiters get the same amount of effort which the workers left.... :)  (Google somehow translated it to save time ).

Here to say that please keep calm, stay pleasant, be positive, be yourself and stay healthy. Spread the positivity....
